Seed To Scale Program

Turn Your Ideas Into Reality at Florida Southern College

Do you have an idea for a business but aren't sure where to start? The Seed to Scale Program at Florida Southern's Center for Free Enterprise & Entrepreneurship is designed to help you transform your ideas into real-world ventures—step by step. Whether you're just starting to think like an entrepreneur or ready to launch, this program offers funding, resources, and mentorship to help you move forward.

How It Works

The Seed to Scale Program supports you through three distinct stages of venture development:

1. Seed Stage - Turn your idea into an entrepreneurial use case.
This is where it all begins—shaping your creative concept into something more concrete. The Seed Stage helps you define your idea, understand your target audience, and articulate the problem you're solving.

2. Build Stage - Design, develop, and test prototypes to validate your idea.
In this phase, you'll roll up your sleeves and begin building. Work through product development and gather feedback to ensure you're creating something people need and want.

3. Scale Stage - Launch and grow your small business.
Once your idea is tested and refined, it's time to go to market. The Scale Stage provides you with the tools to grow sustainably and reach a wider customer base.
