With its historic character, each room has a unique layout, accommodating both single and double occupancy. The first-floor lobby is the social hub of Spivey, equipped with a large screen TV and pool table, making it a favorite spot for residents to hang out. The spacious back porch with seating overlooking Mr. George’s Green is perfect for enjoying fresh air and good company.

Community Events

Spivey is known for its strong sense of community thanks to Resident Advisors who regularly organize events in the lounge. Complete with free food and drinks, you can gather with friends to watch football games or enjoy game nights on Xbox.
