The Office of Community Living is pleased to offer an exciting living opportunity for incoming transfer students. A great option for students new to FSC, the transfer student community at Lakeland’s Holiday Inn is designed to help you transition to life in Lakeland, and get the most from your experience.

The ultimate in community living, students enjoy 24-hour concierge, free breakfast, heated outdoor pool, fitness center, and housekeeping to keep your room fresh, are all perks associated with staying within this unique facility. Ten minutes from campus, in the heart of Lakeland’s commercial district, this brand-new facility puts residents’ steps away from shopping, restaurants, and other conveniences.

Just like any other residential space, students are provided with a bed, storage dresser, armoire or closet, desk and chair, cable TV and Wi-fi. Additional perks to living at the Holiday Inn Express include having a full-size bed instead of an extra-long twin and free laundry service (wash, dry and fold). While you’ll also have access to parking facilities, a car is not required. The college provides regular shuttle service to and from campus.
