Publix Commons
Publix Commons is home to our Greek organizations, providing a welcoming space for sorority and fraternity members to call home. This suite-style housing accommodates six residents per suite, offering both double and single rooms along with a private bathroom. Each suite features a cozy living room and a partial kitchen area, equipped with a sink and cabinets.

Each room in Publix commons comes equipped with a bed, desk, dresser, armoire/closet, and a mini fridge. The shared living room, furnished with two couches, allows you to enjoy the privacy of your own room while still having an area where you can gather and hangout with your suitemates.
Community Amenities
The Publix Commons laundry building is just steps away from each suite making your chores easily accessible. Spend your free time enjoying the volleyball courts or relaxing at the nearby pool and wellness center. With MocMart, Wynee’s Bistro, and Berend Field for game days just steps away, you’ll always be close to the action.
Greek Life Community
The partnership between Florida Southern College and national organizations to provide Greek housing on campus is a rich tradition and provides engagement for fraternity and sorority members in a supportive campus community. Surrounded by other Greek organizations, you’ll have countless opportunities to participate in fun activities, social events, and community service projects.
